Story of Far East Foam

In our quest to provide the best to our clients, Far East Foam draws inspiration from the auspicious four leaved clover. The Clover is a symbols of Green Earth. In this aspect, at Far East Foam, we strive to fulfil our social responsibilities by using materials and processes that are environmentally friendly and free from ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFC).

To Far East Foam, the four leaves of the clover represent Health, Love, Prestige and Wealth. Like the lucky four leaved clover. FEF strives to bring to our clients Love, Health, Prestige and Wealth.

In 1982
Far East Foam Industrial was incorporated. Exports which began with 10% in 1987, have increased to the current 70% for the U.S.A, Japan, Middle East, Africa and ASEAN markets.

FEF went high tech with injection mold machines and expanded into advanced spring mattresses in 1992.

In 1995
FEF was the first and only local company to invest in the state-of-the-art Cannon Viking Maxfoam production. Presently, FEF’s manufacturing facility covers (approx. 12,000 sqm) of built-up area.

Started business from home, made simple bedding products.

Syarikat Far East lndustrial started as a Sole Proprietor trading & wholesale company.

1991 – 1995

Increased product development in spring mattresses & molded foam products. Continuously developed process of manufacturing foam.

1997

Began to export bedding products to Japan & neighboring Asian nations.

1998

Awarded the Environmental Award for using non-CFC production facilities. Awarded the tender to supply bedding product for Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan.

1999

Achieved 1SO9001:2000 certification. Signed membership agreement with Lady Americana Associates Inc. Awarded tender to supply bedding products for Singapore Army Camp in Pulau Telkong.

Developed the first MDI based visco-elastic foam products.

2005

Invested into Vietnam, Far East Foam Vietnam started production.

Upgraded to ISO9001:2008 status. Factory 2 was expanded in Malaysia.

Continuous foaming of 60-meter long started in Far East Foam Vietnam.

2012 – 2013

Continuously participated in road shows & trade fairs under the Lady Americana brand. ATL advertising began to form across all forms of media. First FEFV showroom/office was opened in downtown of HCMC.

2014 – 2015

Launched Lady Americana into the Vietnam market. Signed as Master
License Holder with Kingsdown Inc, a top-5 American mattress brand. Opened the first Kingsdown showroom in HCMC, Vietnam.

2016 – 2017

Second Factory covered up to 45,000 sqm2 of manufacturing area operated since April.
Second Kingsdown showroom as our 1st Bedding Concept Store opened in District 7, Crescent Mall.

FEFV and ICFT is ISO 9001:2015 certified and Mattress facility (Comfort Bedding Co, Ltd) is established..

Exported Almost 350,000 Mattress in the Box Worldwide.

N.S Millennium was Established with a Manufacturing Area of 60,000 sqm2 for Foam and Mattress Production.
